PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator component information providing device and a component information providing method capable of properly determining notification timing about an exchange of a component of an elevator.SOLUTION: The elevator component information providing device includes a notification timing determination part for determining notification timing about the replacement of a component on the basis of the contract form of an elevator when notifying of the replacement of the component of the elevator. The elevator component information providing method includes a notification timing determination step for determining notification timing about the replacement of the component on the basis of information of the contract form of the elevator stored in a storage device when notifying of the replacement of the component of the elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
