Provided is a user device that performs communications with a base station device, in a wireless communications system that supports TDD communications. The user device has: a transmission means that sets guard times to uplink signals and sends the signals, on the basis of notification signals indicating the structure for each sub-frame notified by the base station; a reception means that receives downlink signals from the base station; and an identification means that identifies the position at the guard time set for a downlink signal received by the reception means, on the basis of a notification signal.
