PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter with improved heat dissipation to have enhanced reliability.SOLUTION: A power converter comprises an outer case 10 that has a rectangle appearance, a circuit board 50 extending in one direction that is arranged along one main surface of the case and mounted with an electronic component 51 including a heating member 52 on a surface, a first metal plate 31 arranged at one side face of the circuit board 50, a second metal plate 32 arranged at the other side face of the circuit board 50, and an L-shaped metal plate 40 bent in an L-shape in a cross-sectional view so as to cover from an outside face of the first metal plate 31 across a bottom face side of the circuit board 50. A bottom face plate piece 42 of the L-shaped metal plate 40 that covers the bottom face side of the circuit board 50 extends along the main surface of the outer case 10, the first metal plate 31 extends along an inner face of one continuous side face to the main surface of the outer case 10, and the second metal plate 32 extends along an inner face of the other continuous side face to the main surface of the outer case 10. |
