摘要 A SOAP-SIP adapter 2 establishes a session with the terminals 5b and 5c in accordance with a SIP. At this time, the SOAP-SIP adapter 2 sends an INVITE message including its own IP address and port number to the terminals 5b and 5c. Each terminal 5b, 5c sends a 200 OK including its own IP address and port number to the SOAP-SIP adapter 2. The SOAP-SIP adapter 2 stores correspondingly the IP address and port number of each terminal 5b, 5c in a memory. The SOAP-SIP adapter 2 transfers a media stream received from each terminal 5b, 5c to the destination of the corresponding IP address and port number by referring to the memory. Also, a pseudo RBT is sent to the terminal A5b from establishing the session with the terminal A5b till establishing the session with the terminal B5c to prevent a silent state.

A first server configured to substitute establishment of a session for making a media stream communication between a plurality of terminals, via a second server existing in a network in which it is required that IP addresses for establishing signaling channel and data channel are the same, the first server comprising: a processor configured to: receive, from the second server, a connection request message including a plurality of Session Initiation Protocol-Uniform Resource Identifiers (SIP-URIs) corresponding to identifiers of a plurality of terminals to be connected for making a media stream communication, the connection request message being inputted to the second server from a terminal of a user of a third party;establish connections with the plurality of terminals based on the received connection request message including a plurality of SIP-URIs corresponding to the identifiers of the plurality of terminals, andgenerate a session ID concerning of the plurality of terminals based on the connection request message; a memory storage configured to store information concerning the media stream communication, including the session ID, a media stream sending/receiving IP address which is an IP address of the first server, a plurality of partner IP addresses which are IP addresses of the plurality of terminals to be connected; and a control part configured to: receive data after establishment of the connection, the received data including a first sender which is one of the terminal to be connected and a first destination which is the first server;specify the another terminal to be connected associated with the first sender by referring to the memory storage; andtransfer the data to the another terminal, the transferred data including a second sender which is the first server and a second destination which is the another terminal.
