PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a treatment object space through stably spraying an arbitrary active ingredient.SOLUTION: A composition is sprayed into a treatment object space so that 10 to 1000 liquid particles are included as an average per 1 liter of a space volume within the treatment object space at least for 30 seconds in 1 to 120 minutes after completion of the spray, the composition containing the following (i)-(iv): (i) a solvent; (ii) an electrolyte with dissociation constant pK of -10 to 7 with regard to water; (iii) an active ingredient effective for treating the treatment object space; and (iv) a surface tension modulating component and/or a viscosity modulating component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
