PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell electricity generating device with a structure of reusing residual hydrogen to heat a fuel generator 2, which prevents the fuel generator 2 operating at proper reaction temperature from unusual temperature increase caused by a sudden increase of residual hydrogen. SOLUTION: When it is estimated that the temperature of the fuel generator 2 exceeds a proper reaction temperature caused by residual hydrogen, the fuel generator 2 is made to maintain a proper reaction temperature by increasing the air flow of a combustion fan 6 to release the heat into the exhaustion gas.
