PURPOSE: A fabric transferring device of a spangle adhering device is characterized by moving fabric with a controller. The fabric transferring device is capable of changing color of spangle easily, forming various patterns, minimizing adhesive distance of the spangles, reducing working hours, increasing productivity and reducing a production cost. CONSTITUTION: A fabric transferring device of a spangle adhering device comprises: a fabric feeding roll; a fabric winding roll; fabric transferring rollers(4,4'); an operating rod(6) joined with many push rods(5); a spangle guide plate(7) set on a lower part of the push rods(5); a holding block(8) formed on one side of the spangle guide plate(7); a push piece(9); and a cutter(10). An operating method of the fabric transferring device is as follows: controlling a servo-motor joined with a screw part with a controller; transferring the fabric transferring device in accordance with movement of sliders(12,12'); and then forming various patterns of spangles.
