PURPOSE: A device for compensating a lens effect of an image sensor is provided to apply different gain values to a central part and a peripheral region of a pixel array by using a gain table, and to compensate pixel data, thereby reducing a lens effect of a CMOS(Complementary MOS) image sensor. CONSTITUTION: A controller(21) calculates an address of a pixel to be read by using a counter according to an inputted control signal, and outputs the calculated address to a gain controller(22). The gain controller(22) inputs the pixel address, distinguishes whether the pixel is located in a central part of a pixel array or located in a peripheral part of the pixel array according to the inputted pixel address, and outputs different gain values to a compensator(23). The compensator(23) inputs the different gain values from the gain controller(22), compensates pixel data of the pixel array, and outputs the compensated pixel data. |
