PURPOSE: A fixing device of a muffler for a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration of the exhaust pipe and the muffler in bouncing or lurching by fastening the muffler to the vehicle body firmly with the inverted triangle structure, and to improve the impact resistance of the bonding portion between the muffler and the exhaust pipe against longitudinal shock to the exhaust pipe by reinforcing the bending rigidity of the muffler and the exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: A muffler fixing device of a vehicle comprises left and right fixing rods(10) arranged in a line in the lower part of a vehicle body(3); left and right brackets fastened in an exhaust pipe(2) and a muffler(1) crossing both ends of fixing plates slightly and horizontally tilted to the exhaust pipe and composed of fitting rods(12) corresponding to the left and right fixing rods; and fixing units(13) fastening the fitting rods of the left and right brackets to the left and right fixing rods. The elastic left and right fixing units are fitted to the fixing rods and the fitting rods to fasten the left and right brackets to the left and right fixing rods.
