PURPOSE:To form a video signal reproducing and amplifying circuit reducing the generation of noise by using a capacitor element instead of a negative feedback resistor element to be a braking resistor element. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor C2 is used instead of the braking resistor. Generally, transmission characteristics are changed by substituting the resistor by the capacitor. Thereby, an amplifier having characteristics equivalent to the case using the braking resistor. To obtain the equivalent transmission characteristics, the frequency characteristics of the gain A of an amplifier are changed. Consequently, an amplifier having the characteristics equivalent to the case using the braking resistor can be obtained. In this case, since the braking registor is not used, the amplifier having no thermal noise is obtained. Since an input signal is not attenuated due to the braking resistor, the influence of the internal noise of the amplifier circuit can be reduced. Thus, the video signal reproducing and amplifying circuit reducing its noise can be formed.
