FUEL CELL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thin film fuel cell and the thin film fuel cell wherein problems such as heat distortion and securing of a gas supply path are solved.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a step to form a sacrifice layer on a substrate, a step to form the thin film fuel cell layer on the sacrifice layer and to connect it to the substrate, and a step to remove the sacrifice layer and to form a gap to become a reaction gas pathway between the thin film fuel cell layer and the substrate.
