<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight reflecting material-supporting structure of a fluorescent lamp in which light irradiation is uniformized on the front surface. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus is obtained by installing reflecting materials on the rear surfaces of a plurality of fluorescent lamps. In the lighting apparatus, long angles having nearly trianglar cross sections are arranged so that the top of cross section of the each long angle is opposed to the backward in the longitudinal direction of the each fluorescent lamp and each reflecting material is stretched between the long angles. The each reflecting material is composed of thermoplastic polyester foam containing fine pores and each reflecting material is stretched in loosen state between the long angles and the cross section of the reflecting material has nearly parabolic curved surface. The fluorescent lamp is retained in the intermediate part of the fluorescent lamp and the lighting apparatus is used for hydroponics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
