PURPOSE:To prevent voltage drop at the time of peak power by generally controlling a power station and a substation thereby setting a system voltage corresponding to power demand. CONSTITUTION:A system voltage general controller 8 sets the receiving voltage range at a substation between upper and lower limits of receiving voltage. A difference Vmax between the upper limit of receiving voltage and the maximum receiving voltage at substation and a difference Vmin between the lower limit of receiving voltage and the lowest receiving voltage at the substation are then calculated and the larger one of them is selected as a differential signal V. The differential signal V is fed to a system voltage drop compensator 7 and a system interconnection voltage VGL is controlled through an AVR 2 and a main transformer tap changer 6. The AVR 2 performs fine adjusting while rough adjusting is performed through tap change of main transformer thus correcting the differential signal V fed from the system voltage general controller 8. According to the invention, voltage drop having an influence on stabilized power supply at the time of emergency can be prevented through general control. |
