<p>PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a power by expecting an operating state of a power system, and setting a voltage target value based on calculated results of a generator reactive power variation and a generator voltage variation. CONSTITUTION:A voltage setter drive circuit (VS) 12 so drives a voltage setter 7 that a voltage set value is generated arbitrarily or at a certain period. An operating state calculation circuit 14 calculates a generator, reactive power based on voltage, current signals from a signal input circuit 13. An operating state deviation calculator 16 calculates a generator reactive power variation varying upon change of the voltage set value of the VS 12 and a booster transformer secondary side voltage variation. A system operating state expecting circuit 17 calculates a system operating state based on the generator reactive power variation, the booster transformer secondary side voltage variation and a generator constant, booster transformer constant stored previously. A voltage target value setting circuit 18 calculates the generator reactive power variation and generator voltage variation based on the system operating state, fall them within allowable ranges, and outputs the voltage target value to the setter 7.</p> |
