PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour for changing a data by registering the positions of the desired data to be changed on an input picture and a data file on a storage device in the form of a control command and inputting the data from the picture in an interactive form. CONSTITUTION:A control command analysis part 1-1 analyzes information such as the instruction of picture transition or the like registered on a storage device 1-9, generates a change data input control table or the like and registers it on a storage device 1-10. A picture control part 1-2 dispatches a picture display request to a picture display part 1-3, a picture transition condition data to a control judgement part 1-5 and field control table position information to a field control part 1-6. The field control part 1-6 instructs a data check request to a data inspection part 1-7. A data registration part 1-8 registers the data on a storage device 1-12 based on a data file format. An input/output device 1-12 is equipped with a keyboard and a display and executes communication through a line in the interactive form. |
