<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate one PEP in an impeller process for a D type VTH combining which is required in an E<2>PROM manufacturing process by making a circuit constitution that does not use N channel transistors. CONSTITUTION:The circuit is made of an N channel transistor TN5 whose gate is inputted with VCC, an N channel I type transistor TN6 whose gate is inputted with Erase + Write and a charge pump circuit CP. A conventional N channel D type transistor is replaced by an N channel E type transistor and an N channel I type transistor connected in parallel and if the circuit CP is included, three kinds (D, E and I types) of N channel transistors in a conventional level shifter circuit are replaced by two kinds (E and I types) of transistors and therefore, one PEP of an impeller process in an LSI manufacturing process is eliminated.</p> |
