PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of the number of components, the simplification of circuit configuration, and a low cost without providing a decimation filter at every DELTASIGMA modulator. CONSTITUTION:An audio signal that is an analog signal supplied via an analog signal input terminal 1 is converted into audio data that is digital data by first and second DELTASIGMA modulators 2, 3 in parallel, and addition processing is applied to the audio data by an adder 4. The level of addition data is attenuated to 1/2 by an attenuator 5, and it is converted into the audio data of prescribed bits by the decimation filter 6, then, it is outputted via an audio data output terminal 7.
