PRODUCTION OF METALLIC MACHINE PLATE FOR PRINTING

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the process for production of the metallic machine plate for printing capable of simultaneously forming a patterns for printing through- holes and marks for recognizing recessed parts for aligning by one time of etching stage. CONSTITUTION:This process for production of the metallic machine plate for printing consists of a stage for segmenting the patterns 2 for printing the through-holes to be molded and the marks 4 for recognizing the recessed parts to be molded for aligning on a metallic substrate 1 by using a resist, a stage for sticking an etching soluble material onto the marks 4 for recognizing the recessed parts to be molded and a stage for simultaneously forming the patterns 2 for printing the through-holes and the marks 4 for recognizing the recessed parts by overetching the metallic substrate 1.
