PURPOSE:To make diagnostic operation of an elevator even for a non-stop floor following the specified procedure by landing a car onto a plurality of specified floors one by one in conformity to calls in a certain sequence supplied to a car operations control part. CONSTITUTION:A door control suppressing part 114 supplies a door control part 111 with a control signal to stop the door opening/shutting control motion so that the door of an elevator car does not open. A forced auto-operation part 115 supplies a car operations control part 112 with a control signal to stop the reference motion to a non-stop registration memory part 113, and when calls are fed to the car operations control part 112 one after another according to the specified procedure, the part 112 does not make reference to the non-stop registration memory part 113, but executes the diagnostic operation of the elevator corresponding to the given call in accordance with the specified procedure. An operations situation diagnosing part 33 receives the measuring data for the elevator in diagnostic operation from an elevator control device 11a and transmits it to a monitoring center 2 from a communication means 31.
