MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE MAGNETIC MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method by which a composite magnetic material which can be stuck to an HIP material at an applicable temperature and the mechanical strength of which is not deteriorated. CONSTITUTION:A composite magnetic material is formed by sticking a substrate of a ferrite magnetic material having a thickness parallelism of <=8mum, surface roughness of <0.1mum, and high permeability at normal temperature to another substrate of a ferrite magnetic material having a Curie temperature of equal to or lower than normal temperature.
