Plastics bottle has screw-cap also incorporating hinged flip-cap

A plastics bottle has a shoulder and bottle neck. The bottle neck has external thread onto which a screw (11) cap closure (5) may be fitted. The screw cap closure incorporates a hinged (18) flip cap (17). The inner face of the flip-cap has a plug (19) which, when closed, extends into a tube (16) which in turn fits into the bottle opening.
