PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep loading capacity within a tolerant maximum shaft load even when the loading capacity increases, by bearing one of center plates such that it can slide longitudinally relatively to a vehicle frame. SOLUTION: In order to support a supporting frame 3 on a vehicle frame 10 and 11, two of chassis frames 9, two center plates 19 and 20 which are arranged away from each other longitudinally to a vehicle. The center plate 19 or 20 is arranged in the range between two central pins of a bogie truck running mechanism 16 of each vehicle frame. While a center plate 20 rear in relation to running direction (arrow 7) is rigidly combined with a loading platform 18 of rear second vehicle frame 11, front center plate 19 is structured so that it can slide relatively longitudinally to a front first vehicle frame 10.
