<p>A rapid yet sensitive test is made possible by combining chemiluminescence detection with high porosity reagent pad and a movable absorbent pad to allow control of reaction timing. The test device, method and kits are suited for antibody based immunometric binding assays as well as for those based on nucleic acid hybridization reactions.</p> |
