PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position confirming jig of a suction nozzle which shortens working time and improve sureness of work without needing skill. SOLUTION: A position confirming jig 1 of a suction nozzle confirms the position of the tip part of a suction nozzle 3 stretching in the vertical direction, in the state that the suction nozzle 3 sucking and conveying an electronic component H is stopped at a specified position. Light source parts A1, B1 illuminating the tip part of the suction nozzle 3, a first image sensing window part A which is positioned separately downward from the suction surface 3a of the suction nozzle 3 and picks up the image of the suction surface 3a of the suction nozzle 3 from below, and a second image sensing window part B which is positioned separately sidewards from the suction surface 3a of the suction nozzle 3, and picks up the image of a part containing the suction surface 3a of the suction nozzle 3 from the lateral direction are installed. |
