A slide (4) in the upper part of the rail (2) projects beyond the door leaf on the lock side only and on the other (hinge) side has the first seal strip (16) hinge (6) and also secures the pushrod (7) for the slide of each additional sealing strip. The strip spring is hinged to the topmost part of the slide and the bearing (5), and the slide of the sealing strip on the lock side of the door is made up of tandem sections (4, 9) arranged at adjustable spacing by means of an externally accessible element (8). A bolt (17) fixed to the end of the lock-facing side of the rail in the upper part of the rail fits into an aligned and reinforced opening in the door frame and is thus locked against vertical movement.
