CONDUIT AND ITS MANUFACTURE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer conduit with a thin ribbon spirally wound enabling a welding for several adjacent layers to be easily performed and its forming method.

SOLUTION: In this forming method, a helical reinforcement bead (8) is provided in interposing between mutually overlapping layers next to a ribbon (5). At first, preferably a sacrificial layer (17) having a base polymer different from the base polymer of the conduit is adhered to a former (1). After that, the conduit (6) is formed in the state of covering the sacrificial layer (17).
