PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regularly precisely detect the lateral operating forces by connecting both ends of a horizontal member tiltable to a side member only on a plane including the vehicle lateral direction and the operating force direction to the side member, and detecting the direction and magnitude of the operating force imparted to the horizontal member. SOLUTION: An operation part 6 has a side bar 6S as side members provided on both side surfaces of a vehicle body and a corner block 6C. It also has a horizontal bar 6H as a horizontal member horizontally arranged in the vehicle lateral direction, and both ends thereof are connected to a lateral pair of side members. An operating force detection part 6D for detecting the direction and magnitude of the operating force applied to the horizontal bar 6H and side bar 6S is provided within the side bar 6S. According to this structure, the lateral side bars 6S can be independently moved. Accordingly, since the operation part 6 is smoothly operated without twisting even if laterally uneven operating forces are imparted, the operating forces can be regularly precisely detected laterally independently.
