PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for image formation in which good electrophotographic images can be obtained by using an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor having a protective layer with sufficiently improved mechanical wear characteristics, and in particular, to provide a device for image formation without fog by using an organic electrophotographic photoreceptor having a siloxane resin layer as a protective layer. SOLUTION: The organic photoreceptor has a siloxane resin layer having a crosslinked structure as a protective layer. In the device for image formation, the controlling part of the device controls the output of an electrifying means based on the potential in an unexposed part of the photoreceptor measured by a potential sensor and corrects the potential in the unexposed part of the photoreceptor. |
