PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an order without mistakes by retrieving a desired part in accordance with the abnormal state of an article. SOLUTION: A fault diagnosis database 24 and a part database 29 are connected to a retrieval processing part 20. An inputting-outputting part 201 is also connected to the part 20 and the abnormal state of the article is inputted by using the inputting-outputting part. The part 20 grasps a fault cause on the basis of the inputted fault cause and the database 24, retrieves a component needed to eliminate the fault cause, for instance, a part P1 corresponding to the fault cause from the database 29 and obtains a part symbol Q1 as electrical information. The part 20 generates order requests R1 and R2 from the part symbol Q1 according to the form of the electrical information and transmits the requests R1 and R2 to an order processing part 30. Therefore, there is no work such as manual transcribing between a step for retrieving the part P1 and a step for ordering the part. |
