PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that transmits original images that are connected corresponding to a maximum receptible size of a transmission destination in the case of transmitting originals and allows the transmission destination to print out the received image without being reduced. SOLUTION: In the case of transmitting originals, a paper size receptible by a transmission destination is confirmed via a MODEM 64 and a telephone line network 62, when the size of the original to be sent is smaller than the maximum receptible size of the transmission destination, an image processing section 67 connects sender information and unmagnification original images so that the resulting size is within the maximum receptible paper size of the transmission destination. Thus, a communication procedure among pages can be reduced and the transmission is finished in a shorter time than that of the transmission in the case of not connecting the images of the original. Since the original images in an unmagnification state is connected to the sender information so as to be kept within the maximum receptible paper size of the transmission destination, the transmission destination can confirm the original paper size and the unmagnification original images of the sender. |
