PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that selectable sampling rates are limited to those that the number of repetitive output times occurs at a simple occurrence rate when sequential data are to be shrunk or expanded at the sampling rate specified in n-notation, and a map having a specified repetition rate must be processed in a process at a sampling rate which cannot be judged by the simple occurrence rate, thus making high-speed sampling infeasible. SOLUTION: A record, in which the (m)th order of a record sequence umber coincides with the numeral specified as m in the n-notation according to an n-notation table, is applied with a sampling process by this method. Data can be shrunk or expanded by simply comparing record sequence and the shrinking/ expanding rate, thereby data can be freely expanded or shrunk at a high speed by this data sampling method. |
