PURPOSE: A hair brush for charging hair tonic is provided to enable a user to conveniently and uniformly smear the hair tonic on the hair or the scalp without making the hands dirty. CONSTITUTION: In the hair brush having a handle(11) mount on the rear side of a body(10), and a rubber plate(12) in which comb teeth(13) are embedded at regular distances, the body is provided with a medicine chamber(15) for storing a hair tonic(19), and an opening/closing door(14) through which the hair tonic is charged. The comb teeth is constructed into a shape that the upper part is wide and the lower part is narrow so as to ensure the easy discharge of the hair tonic. Additionally, plural jaw portions for controlling the discharge of the hair tonic and a massage rod are installed on the comb teeth.
