SOLUTION: A supporter that provides agency service for supporting users of a product inputs and registers necessary information by a supporter terminal 1. The supporter information is stored in a supporter information storing part 44. A requester for the supporting service retrieves a supporter by a requester terminal 2. In response to this retrieving request, a supporter information controlling part 43 retrieves the requested information stored in the supporter information storing part 44 and provides an output of the retrieved result.</p> |
