<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a questionnaire on behavior tendency in sales activity to an intended trainee in advance, to send the same questionnaire to his superior, too and then to automatically make an education curriculum based on result of the questionnaire on the intended trainee from the intended trainee himself and his superior. SOLUTION: A server 10 is connected with a terminal equipment 20 of an intended trainee side, a terminal equipment 21 of a superior side and a terminal equipment 22 of a trainer side via a network 30, the questionnaire on behavior tendency in sales activity is sent to the intended trainee side terminal equipment 20 and to the superior side terminal equipment 21, too. When receiving result of the questionnaire to the intended trainee himself from the intended trainee side terminal equipment 20 and result of the questionnaire on the intended trainee seen by his superior from the superior side terminal equipment 21, the server 10 automatically makes the education curriculum suitable for the intended trainee based on result of two questionnaires and send it to the trainer side terminal equipment 22.</p> |
