<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deinking agent having both functions as the deinking agent and functions to remove a pressure-sensitive adhesive at the same time when a sheet of recycled paper is obtained from a sheet of waste paper containing the pressure-sensitive adhesive material such as an adhesive. SOLUTION: This deinking agent comprises one or more kinds selected from alkylene oxide adduct compounds of a higher alcohol, alkylene oxide adduct compounds of a fatty acid, alkylene oxide adduct compounds of a dimer acid or a mixture of the dimer acid with an alcohol, alkylene oxide adduct compounds of a mixture of a natural oil and fat with a polyhydric alcohol and fatty acids or salts thereof together with a compound prepared by adding an alkylene oxide to an alkylamine compound and used in a deinking step of the sheet of waste paper.</p> |
