摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power by operating a pushing mechanism by supplying electric power to an electric motor in the low speed rotation zone of a power transmission shaft or operating a pushing mechanism with regenerative power of an electric motor at high revolution time of a power transmission shaft in a motor operated power transmission. SOLUTION: The pushing mechanism 10e for pushing to frictionally engage a frictional clutch 10d includes an inside sleeve 14a assembled movably only in an axial direction on the outer periphery of the one 10b of both the power transmission shafts, an outside sleeve 14b assembled in a free state with its outer periphery, and a ball screw mechanism 10g provided between both the sleeves 14a and 14b. The electric motor 10f has a rotor 16b fixed to the outer periphery of the outside sleeve 14b and a stator 16a fixed to the rotor 16b on the inner periphery of a housing 10a.
