PURPOSE: Provided is a portable UV sterilizing device, which has a safety member for protecting a UV lamp from operating carelessly, and thus prevents children from getting injuries by exposing to UV. CONSTITUTION: The portable UV sterilizing device comprises: a UV lamp(200) emitting UV having a certain range of wavelengths; a lamp driving unit for driving the UV lamp; a dummy-displaying unit(600) for displaying a dummy operation state to misunderstand that the UV lamp(200) is operated; a key input unit for generating selectively a command for UV lamp operation or a dummy command depending on the input mode; and a control unit for controlling the action of the lamp-driving unit or the dummy-displaying unit depending on the kind of the command inputted from the key input unit. |
