PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a floor post base part for exhibiting cost-advantageousness, and shortening a construction period, by minimizing a using quantity of concrete and reinforcements, on condition of being capable of imparting sufficient yield strength for supporting a floor to a part for arranging a floor post. SOLUTION: A height dimension of a floor post base concrete part 3 is formed larger than a thickness dimension of a general dirt floor concrete part 2, and an upper surface of the floor post base part 3 is positioned in the same height position as an upper surface of the general dirt floor concrete part 2. A foundation 1 is composed of a pile foundation using a pile 4. The floor post base concrete part 3 extends in a beam shape, and is formed so that weight of the floor post base concrete part 3 is transmitted to the pile 4.
