<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the size or thickness of a thin-type ink jet recording device operated from front. <P>SOLUTION: A printer includes a paper cassette 200 in which a paper feed tray 206 and a paper ejection tray 220 are integrated. The paper cassette 200 is pulled into or inserted from the casing from front. Projection styipe 250 which project forward and a notch 261 which allows a paper rear end guide 251 to be moved away is formed on the rear wall 260 of the paper ejection tray 220. The paper ejection tray 220 is composed of first to third trays 201 to 203 which are freely shortened or extended. Above the insertion passage of the paper feed tray 206, which is defined in the casing, a restriction rib is disposed for restricting the insertion of the paper feed tray 206 when the number of sheets of recording paper stored in the paper feed tray 206 is large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
