PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a surface sheet never inhibiting humor permeability and having superior adhesion strength in the surface sheet formed by sticking a top sheet to a mesh sheet. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the absorbent article wherein an article body is constituted of the surface sheet formed by sticking the top sheet to the mesh sheet having a plurality of openings, a back sheet disposed in the outer surface side, and an absorbent body interposed between the both sheets, forms the surface sheet by shifting the top sheet and the mesh sheet in the CD direction and/or MD direction, when forming the surface sheet, adjusting their positions for preventing the overlap of seal parts on the openings and sticking the both sheets to each other.
