<p>The invention relates to wall or ceiling panels of buildings, comprising a metallic outer surface plate (3a) and a metallic inner surface plate (3b), and heat insulation (6) provided therebetween. The groove (7) of the tongue and groove joint comprises folds (4a, 4b) extending inwards from the surface plates at the panel edge, as outwardly extensions thereof first bends (9a, 9b) and further inwardly first inner flanges (11a, 11b).
