<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled refractory which efficiently utilizes and recycles a used, waste refractory which contains no or little carbon, and its manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The recycled refractory comprises a raw material composition at least part of which comprises crushed fragments of the used, waste refractory. An unused refractory which becomes the waste refractory has a carbon content of ≤3wt.%, and the raw material composition contains a carbonaceous raw material.
