A motor driving control device in a bill depositing and drawing machine and an operation method thereof are provided to keep constant speed of a motor by controlling driving voltage to output desirable rotational speed of the motor, and to smoothly deposit and draw the bills by securing constant rotational speed of the motor although the motor is aged. A motor driving control device in a bill depositing and drawing machine for controlling motors(83a,83b,83c) driving a roller transferring bills is composed of the motor driving the roller or a gear transferring the bills from the bill depositing and drawing machine; state sensing units(81a,81b,81c) detecting a state signal supplied from the bill depositing and drawing machine to the motor and supplying the state signal to a control unit(80); the control unit calculating RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the motor by receiving the state signal supplied from the state sensing unit and controlling the motor by lowering driving voltage if the RPM of the motor is higher than reference RPM and increasing the driving voltage if the RPM of the motor is lower than reference RPM; and motor driving circuits(82a,82b,82c) supplying driving pulse for driving the motor, according to a control signal of the control unit. |
