A database server(230) includes a member information database(232) storing member information, and an AD system database(234) storing information of various AD systems registered from AD system companies(300) by each type. A web server(220) includes an operating program for managing a website and provides the information stored in each database. A mail server(240) manages communication between the advertiser(100) and the AD system company. A central processor(210) stores the AD system information to the AD system database and displays the information stored in the AD system database to the advertiser according to a signal received from the advertiser by connecting to the server. The central processor selects the advertiser by using a bid price received from the advertiser, and informs the selected advertiser and AD system company of a bidding result through the mail server.
