PURPOSE: A belt tension adjustment device for a digital printing machine is provided to improve quality of printing work by allowing a worker to tighten a carriage belt when the carriage belt is released. CONSTITUTION: A belt tension adjustment device includes a support plate(50) fixedly attached to an end portion of a conveying table(5), a housing(60) fixed to the support plate(50), an insertion member(80) inserted into the housing(60) so as to move a guide roller(40) along a guide slot(66) formed in the housing(60), support members(90) fixed to the housing(60) and the support plate(50), respectively, and a spring(110) aligned between the support members(90) and the insertion member(80) inserted into the housing(60). The housing(60) has a front section(62) and side sections(64) vertically bent from the front section(62).
