A fuel injection control method using a preheating plug integrated combustion pressure sensor is provided to reduce a sensing operation by replacing a position signal of a cam shaft by a sensing signal of the combustion pressure sensor. A fuel injection method includes the steps of: confirming a start of an engine(S101); confirming whether a start signal is input(S102); confirming whether the change in the combustion pressure signal has a positive inclination(S103); determining the cylinder state of the engine to be a compressure stroke section state if the change of the combustion pressure signal has a positive inclination(S104); determining the current engine cylinder state to be one of the suction, expansion, exhaust strokes if the change of the combustion pressure signal does not have a positive inclination(S105); stopping injection of a fuel if a combustion pressure signal is not maximum or is not reduced(S108).
