A swirl generating apparatus of an intake port for a vehicle is provided to increase the swirl strength by forming a strong injection swirl in a combustion chamber. A swirl generating apparatus of an intake port for a vehicle includes a chamber(10), an induction pipe(20), a nozzle(30), and a swirl valve(40). A high pressure exhaust gas is stored in the chamber. The induction pipe is connected to the chamber and is inserted into a suction port by a predetermined depth. The nozzle is installed at an end of the induction pipe inserted into the suction port to inject exhaust gas of high pressure. The swirl valve controls the amount and speed of the high pressure gas into the chamber under the control of an ECU. A swirl induction member generates swirl by inducing the high pressure exhaust gas into the suction port.
