A transit control device of overland transporter is provided to save cost, power and time by preventing rivet, bearing and pipe system from advancing in one direction. A transit control device of overland transporter includes a bearing. The bearing moves in advancing direction when the device advances in the direction where advance is permitted after the step in which the device is stopped due to weight difference.
