A device contactor of a test handler is provided to maintain a balance in a blade, while a semiconductor device is transferred, by implementing a balance sustaining path on a blade. A pusher includes a body and a blade. The blade includes a connector(121), an air transfer tube(122), an air injector(123), a balance sustainer(124), a compressed air former(125), a coupler(126), and a guide pin(127). The air transfer tube is connected to the connector. Compressed air is transferred in the air transfer tube. The air injector maintains a balance of the blade and injects air to maintain a proper contact force. The balance sustainer maintains a balance of the blade using air. The compressed air former compresses injected air. The coupler couples the blade with the body. The guide pin aligns semiconductor devices, when the semiconductor devices are connected to a test socket. |
