SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING COMMUNICATION SERVICE USING PASSIVE FIBER-COAXIAL NETWORK

A communication service supply system using a passive fiber-coaxial network is provided to install a node master having a switching function in a subscriber-concentrated area, thereby improving on-spot work efficiency as optimally designing the number of subscribers connected per fiber node. An optical signal transceiving unit(310) within a broadcasting/communication office transmits signal data through the first optical cable. An optical distributor(320) distributes the received signal data to a fiber node through the second optical cable. A coaxial signal transceiving unit(340) inputs the distributed signal data processed by a processing unit(330) within the fiber node, to a home terminal through a coaxial cable.
